Screen Cleaner

"Cleaning" means the phase or phases of the post-harvest system during which the impurities mixed with the grain mass are eliminated. This operation, which may be accompanied by a sorting of the products according to quality.

Protein Extraction

Plant based protein is made by grinding dried Grains, legumes and seeds into a fine powder. The starch and fiber are removed, leaving a powdered concentrated protein substance (aka protein isolate).

Dehulling and Splitting

Dehulling is the process of removing the hull of a seed. To duhull, the seeds should have a moisture content of about 10%. After dehulling fiber content goes low and it a mandatory step to extract protein. In so many countries people prefer to eat dehulled beans and lentils.

Color Sorter

Color sorters also known as optical sorters, digital sorters, sortex machine or electronic colour sorters. Color sorters are mostly used in sorting grains such as rice, wheat, corn, peanut, different kinds of beans, lentils, peas, sesame seeds, etc..

"Gravity Separator, also known as gravity air table or density separator, it is commonly used to separate any kinds of kernels and granular products by weight and density. A separation can be used for any dry material as it moves on a fluid bed of air across the table.

Grain Dryer

Grain Dryer is a machine for drying the grain of cereal and legume crops, the seeds of grasses and vegetable crops, and threshed clover. Grain dryers are also used to dry green clover, alfalfa, vetch, oats mixtures, etc..
